Oli’s Restaurant and Wine Bar are planning special culinary evenings and this week on Thursday evening they held the first with an authentic “French Cassoulet” as the main course.

The ingredients include French sausages from Toulouse, farmers’ duck, “Tabais” white beans, vegetable sauce, carrots and tomatoes, garlic and of course white wine.


Your writer was at the event and can confirm that it was absolutely delicious.


The next event is being planned soon and the special will be a Spanish Paella.
