The Buriram project management team report that they are on target with their new developments which have commenced since the end of the rainy season. There are currently three new houses under construction, for customers building houses on their own plots, for their own future homes.

Another six houses are to commence in the New Year for a local developer. In addition,there are several other clients still in the planning stages working with the management’s retained architects.

The Buriram management team has over 80 Thai tradesmen working for them in the Buriram area, most of whom have been with Buriram Project Management for over 4 years and know what western standards mean.

Buriram Project Management take you through the entire process of finding the land, designing the property with your input, providing a scope of works and a fixed construction cost and fixed completion date. Average house build is 18 weeks.
