Jaras Jaengkamolkulchai put his Toyota Revo pickup (#29) on pole position with a time of 2:03.378 during  Fridays qualifying.  When the pickups came out for the race there were only a handful of the cars on the starting grid, all of the others started from the pit lane.  By the time they had come around to finish the 1st lap Jaras had already pulled out a sizable lead and that is how it stayed until the checkered flag on completion of the 12 laps.  Following him home in 2nd and 3rd were Chinnawut Laochinchart (#23) and Chamlerporn Phoonlookin (#13), both driving Isuzu D-Max pickups.  Round 2 of this race starts at 09:00 on Sunday.

On pole position from Friday the B-Quik Racing Team Audi R8 Ultra #2 led the field from the rolling start but was beaten to the first corner by car #34, the Singha Motorsport Team Thailand Ferrari 488 GT3. As they came round to finish the first lap though the Audi (#2) was back in the lead.  One of the fastest cars during qualifying the Vattana PSC Motorsport Lamborghini starting from 5th on the grid had an early off after moving into 3rd at the start of lap 2 and dropped down the field.  With around 20 minutes of the 1 hour race remaining car #57, yes that Lamborghini Huracan, slid off the track (again) at turn 3 which ended his race.  It also brought out the safety car for several laps while the damaged car was removed.  This obviously brought the remaining cars close together and more excitement.  The Vattana PSC Motorsport Lamborghini was in third place and chasing down the B-Quik Racing Team Audi R8 Ultra in the closing stages.  With only a couple of laps remaining in the allotted 1 hour the Lamborghini was into 2nd where it finished.  The result then in 1st place #34, the Singha Motorsport Team Thailand Ferrari 488 GT3, in 2nd the Vattana PSC Motorsport Lamborghini #28 followed in 3rd place by the B-Quik Racing Team Audi R8 Ultra #2.  Round 4 starts Sunday at 12:30, lets see if the car #57  Lamborghini Huracan can be rebuilt again and they can keep it on the Track.

From a rolling start car #29, Ford Mustang, led from pole position to the first corner, they did not get further round when the yellow flags were out followed very shortly with the safety car on the track.  A 2 car incident at the first corner saw the field reduced to 7 cars.  After several laps behind the safety car and nearly 15 minutes into the 1 hour race they were under way again.  Car £29 pulled out a lead from the second car #88 who also pulled out a lead from the rest of the remaining cars.  After the pit stops it was business as usual for these two cars.  Behind them though a close race was being fought between car #63 and #35 for 5th and 6th place.  In he closing stages they changed position a couple of times.  Car #35 sliding all over the track and eventually losing out due to a puncture.  The eventual podium places were as follows:

1st – #29, Ford Mustang driven by Robothom and Manuel, Tecpro Idemitsu Racing

2nd – #88, Chevrolet Camaro driven by Corliss and Pastor, Tecpro Idemitsu Racing

3rd – #55, Ford Mustang driven by Freeman and Tirachaimongkol, Innovation B-Quik Racing
